The space on the 4th Floor is approx 5,000 sq. ft. and will be enough for 100 workstations, with associated meeting rooms and management offices if required. This is currently a blank canvas so a new company wanting to take the space have the opportunity to design their own floor space and at a reasonable cost, the centre will be willing to carry out the refurbishment works and absorb the associated costs as part of the agreed contract.
There is dedicated 100mb with 1Gb fibre leased line with ample bandwith and further increases if necessary and security and management of building and offices.
This centre is located in the office Quarter in Romford and is two mins walking distance to the Main line station, with trains into London central in 16 mins and into Stratford International (7mins). The Romford Shopping area is also two mins walking distance from the offices. Cross rail will be operating from Romford as a major stop from 2018/19 with trains across London and to Heathrow.
