The workspace is a new flexible office provider with their first location in Westgate House, Chancery Lane. The 22,000 sqft building set over 5 floors is undergoing a substantial refurbishment and will be open on the 15th of October 2021. The centre has been founded by Corina and Matt Davies who have been in the flexible office market for over 40 years between. Being a family run business, a personal service, an inspiring office environment and building a new community are the key ingredients to making our space unique. The space is Latin for “to create”. The centre is looking to create a business and an environment for our clients to be able to concentrate on their core business and ultimately flourish, whilst enjoying their surroundings and making it their new London base. Westgate House can currently provide anything from 3 – 300 workstations on a flexible contract and during the pre-launch of the building the space can look to help clients customize their space free of charge.
Among many features of the building, the centre is going to be creating a fabulous new roof terrace, large communal lounge with lots of different types of working areas, meeting rooms, showers and bike storage. The space understands more than ever the need for clean and fresh air in the office environments and are therefore investing in brand new air-conditioning and fresh air systems throughout the building, in line with all new regulations.
The workspace is situated at Holborn. Chancery lane is located on the central line giving you direct access across London. With a short walk you can access Farringdon overground as well as Heathrow airport via Holborn station just up the road. Chancery lane is surrounded by great bars, cafes and restaurants as well as Leather Lane which mixes the best of traditional London with the new. Its down-to-earth weekday market which has been operating for a staggering 400 years, is one of the City's best and is just on our doorstep.
