This 1930s former extension of Shoreditch Town Hall has been converted into a striking, design-led office building. It has large communal areas throughout, including a decked roof terrace with spectacular views over the City. The building is the greenest serviced office building in the country with a green roof, full grey-water recycling, energy-saving PIR lighting and a comprehensive recycling strategy. Tenants in the area tend to be from the media/creative industries with advertising agencies, architects and designers all nearby.
This centre is located on Rivington Street, arguably the only street to be on in the ever improving Shoreditch. The area has an almost New York feel with fantastic buildings and small, independent cool retailers. There are loads of bars, restaurants and caf_s in the area and it's only a short walk from both Old Street Underground and Liverpool Street. The Tea Building is about 60 yards away, housing Mother and Shoreditch House.
