Trinity Buoy Wharf is where the River Lea joins the River Thames. It is a wonderful location, with views south to the 02 Arena. This is a former industrial estate, where Trinity House made buoys for the River Thames and home to London's only lighthouse. There are a bunch of creative tenants including artists and makers, plus designers etc. We have a prep school and the King's Foundation have their Foundation Year course here. English National Opera make all their props here and Thames Clippers are based here - in the top floor offices of Clipper House and at our Thames pier.
