The business centre provides ideal co-working spaces for professionals in the creative industry (product, graphic, interior, and fashion designers, photographers, potters and ceramists, jewellery makers, video and copy editors, illustrators, architects, artists, artisans, etc.). The space covers more than 10,000 sq. ft. spread across four floors, with well-lit workspaces and welcoming relaxation areas. The facilities include a spacious members lounge, open workspaces with hot-desks and dedicated-desks, a variety of private offices in different sizes, 4 meeting-rooms, reception, as well as fully-equipped workshop studios (Photography, Product Design, Fashion, and Jewellery Making). The space is open 24/7. It offers high-speed Wi-Fi, private lockers for hire, an accessible layout with elevator service to all floors, central air-conditioning, a bike rack, and a pet friendly atmosphere. The membership plans are extremely flexible. Desks (either hot or dedicated), and private offices can be hired individually or in groups, and membership plans can be monthly-, quarterly- or yearly-rolling. All members have the right to change, or even cancel, their membership with a one calendar month advance notice in writing.
